This Privacy Policy describes how Pricerazzi Inc. (“Pricerazzi”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) manages the collection, use, disclosure, retention and access to Personal Information. It applies to Your use of any online service location (i.e. website or mobile app) that posts a link to this Privacy Policy and all features, content, and other services that We own, control, and make available through such service location (collectively, the “Service”). It does not apply to Our data collection activities offline or outside of Our Service (unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection).

By using the Service, You agree to Our Terms and Conditions, consent, use, disclosure practices, and other activities as described in this Privacy Notice.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information You provide directly to Us via the Service. For example, We collect information when You use the Service, register for the Service, connect Your email or shopping accounts to the Service, take action regarding claims, update Your account or profile, subscribe to Our emails, mobile messages, or social media notifications, participate in sweepstakes, contests, promotions, surveys, or polls (each a “Promotion”), communicate with Us via third party social media sites, contact customer support, apply for a job or otherwise communicate with Us through the Service.

The information We collect may include Personal Information.

Personal Information is any information about You as an identifiable individual and includes but is not limited to Your name, address, telephone number and email address, details relating to financial transactions, and Your personal opinions.

All Personal Information collected by Pricerazzi is protected by the Privacy Act.


Information Disclosure

Our Service uses digital markers. A digital marker is a resource created by the visitors’ browser in order to remember certain pieces of information for the web server to reference during the same or subsequent visit to the website. Examples of digital markers are “cookies” or HTML5 web storage. Some examples of what digital markers do are as follows:

  • Allow a website to recognize a previous visit each time the visitor accesses the site;
  • Track what information is viewed on a site which helps website administrators ensure visitors find what they are looking for.
  • Pricerazzi uses both session and persistent digital markers (“cookies”) on some portions of Our website.
  • A session cookie is a small text file placed on Your browser by a web server. It acts as an identification card as it’s unique to You, but can only be read by the server that gave it to You. Pricerazzi’s secure online applications use session cookies to make Your online & mobile visits easier and improve site navigation by maintaining information from page to page within these applications.
  • A persistent cookie is more permanent and can be re-read when You return to the site that placed it on Your computer. It acts as Your identification card and can only be read by the server that gave it to You. At Pricerazzi, We use persistent cookies to help Us remember which official language You prefer and to find out how visitors access, navigate, and use Our website and mobile application.


Analytics

Web analytics is the collection, analysis, measurement, and reporting of data about Web and Mobile traffic and visits for purposes of understanding and optimizing Web and Mobile usage. Information in digital markers may be used for the purpose of Web and Mobile analytics to remember your online interactions with Our Service.

Pricerazzi uses Google Analytics and Tune to improve Our Service. When You use Our Service, we collect the following types of information for analytics:

  • Originating IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Location of the request
  • Type of browser used
  • Page(s) visited
  • Device operating system
  • Phone model
  • App version
  • Device I.D.
  • User’s customer number

Such data may be used for communications and information technology statistical purposes, audit, evaluation, research, planning and reporting. How We use Your Information

We use the information collected for several purposes, including:

  • To provide user verification services;
  • To create or update Your account;
  • To connect with Your social media accounts and post content You choose to share;
  • To process and respond to Your inquiries and comments;
  • To send You information about Your relationship or transactions with Us;

  • To personalize and enhance Your experience using the Service;
  • To send notifications through apps;
  • As permitted by law, to send periodic emails. The email address You provide may be used to send information and updates pertaining to Your account, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time You would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, We include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email;

Supplementation of Information

In order to provide Our Service, the Personal Information You have submitted to Us may need to be supplemented with information from third party sources (i.e. Canada Post, United States Postal Service, or other third party service providers). This is to enhance Our ability to provide Our Service.


Sweepstakes, Contests, Surveys, Polls and Promotions

We may offer Promotions that may require registration or the submission of Your Personal Information. These Promotions are strictly voluntary. If you choose to participate in a Promotion, Your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration of such Promotion, seen with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law, such as on a winners list. The information collected and stored by the third parties remains subject to those third parties’ privacy policies. We are not responsible for and make no representations regarding the policies or business practices of any third parties or Third Party Service Providers and encourage You to familiarize Yourself and consult their privacy policies and terms of service.

Comments posted on Social Media that violate Canadian Law will be deleted and disclosed to law enforcement authorities. Comments that violate Our rules of engagement will also be deleted.


Your Choices Regarding Your Information

You have choices regarding the use of information by the Service.

  • Changing Your Information: To change Your information, please update Your settings on Your mobile device or contact Us at [email protected].
  • Closing Your Account: You may close Your account by contacting Us at [email protected]. Note that the deactivation of Your account does not mean Your Personal Information is deleted from the databased entirely. We will retain and use Your Personal Information as necessary to comply with Our obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements, after which it will be destroyed or anonymized.
  • Email Communications: You can make changes regarding receiving email communications from Us by contacting Us at [email protected] or via the “unsubscribe” link in newsletters.
  • Push Notifications/Alerts: With Your consent, We may send push notifications or alerts to Your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings within Our mobile application(s) or by uninstalling Our application(s) from Your device.
  • Social Networking: You should ensure You are comfortable with the information a third party social networking service may make available to Us by carefully reviewing the service’s privacy policy and terms & conditions and by modifying Your privacy settings directly on that service.


Emails and Correspondence

If you contact Us, We may keep a record of that correspondence.

You can alter the email address used to register with Pricerazzi at any time. This email address can be seen by site administrators. If You opt in to Our newsletters and alerts, You will receive correspondence from Us to this email address. You can opt in or out of alerts through Your profile settings and via the “unsubscribe” link in newsletters.

We will never sell Your email address to third parties.


International Transfer

Pricerazzi is based in Canada and the information We collect is governed by Canadian Law. If You are using this Service from outside of Canada, please be aware that information collected through the Service will be transferred, processed, stored, and used in Canada. Data protection laws in Canada may be different than those of Your country of residence. Your use of the Service or providing Us with any information therefore constitutes Your consent to the transfer to and from processing, usage, sharing and storage of Your information, including Personal Information in Canada as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We will retain Your information for as long as You use the Service and for a reasonable time thereafter. Please note that some or all of the information We have collected may be required in order for the Service to function properly.
